At Living Clean Home Services, our mission is to make your life easier. Our policies exist to be as transparent as possible.

Work Hours

We operate Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services are scheduled in advance. Most cleanings are completed within a 4-hour time block. If additional time is needed, we will schedule accordingly.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Other payment methods may be accepted upon request. If payment is not received, future services may be declined until the balance is paid. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. We do not charge cancellation fees. We simply ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited availability for future bookings. 

Lockout

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered missed and may affect future booking availability. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to please. We are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Sick Policy

If anyone in the home is experiencing a contagious illness, please reschedule your cleaning. We will extend the same courtesy if needed.

30+ miles from Antioch: $30
50+ miles from Antioch: $50

During Your Cleaning

You are welcome to be home during your service. However, for the most efficient and thorough results, we recommend that the home be unoccupied when possible.

Additional projects and add-on services are always welcome. Please reach out in advance so we can provide pricing and schedule accordingly.
