Work Hours
We operate Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services are scheduled in advance. Most cleanings are completed within a 4-hour time block. If additional time is needed, we will schedule accordingly.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. Other payment methods may be accepted upon request. If payment is not received, future services may be declined until the balance is paid.

We understand that things come up. We do not charge cancellation fees. We simply ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited availability for future bookings.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to please. We are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
